eLeader Sp. z o.o. provides users of the website www.extentum.ai with this Privacy Policy to inform them about the purposes for which personal data is collected, stored, and used. “Personal Data” shall mean any information as defined under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR). §2 Data Controller
The controller of personal data is eLeader Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Lublin, ul. Nałęczowska 16, 20-701 Lublin, entered into the National Court Register under number KRS 0000193608, NIP 713-258-93-06, REGON 431273170.
§3 Scope of Personal Data and Processing
Depending on the specific service, the Controller may request the User to provide, in particular, the following personal data: name and surname, phone number, and email address. In recruitment processes, providing personal data as required by the Labor Code is mandatory. In other cases, data is processed based on the voluntary consent of the User; however, failure to provide such data may prevent the User from using a given service. Consent is granted by ticking the appropriate checkbox in the form during the service access procedure.
The Controller processes Personal Data for the following purposes:
- Sending responses to Users’ inquiries submitted via the contact form to the email address or phone number provided by the User, provided the User has consented to receive such messages. The data will be processed until the User withdraws consent.
- Sending newsletters to the email address provided by the User, including updates on the Controller’s offer, articles, reports, and market analyses. The data will be processed until the User withdraws consent.
- Recruitment processes. Data processed for current recruitment will be stored until consent is withdrawn, but no longer than 12 months from the date of consent. Data processed for future recruitment will be stored until consent is withdrawn, but no longer than 3 years from the date of consent.
§4 Data Sharing
For the purposes necessary to provide certain services, data may be shared with entities cooperating with eLeader Sp. z o.o., including technology providers for newsletter distribution and mailing systems, as well as with authorized state authorities upon request and after meeting legal conditions confirming the necessity of such data. Each such entity receives only the data necessary to perform its service. Some personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area, including to the United States, in connection with the location of data centers, based on the Privacy Shield framework.
§5 User Rights
The User provides their data voluntarily and retains the right to access, rectify, restrict processing, and delete their data at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. The User also has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
§6 Security Measures
The website is equipped with security measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorized processing, or alteration. The Controller undertakes to protect all information disclosed by Users in accordance with security and confidentiality standards.
